My name is Robert Moreno, and I grew up in Compton, a community just southeast of downtown Los Angeles.   I was born in Mexico and was legally brought to the United States, by my parents, as a small child.   Los Angeles is my home and the place where I grew and was educated. 

As a child and adult, resources have often been  scarce, and life presented me with many challenges, but those experiences shaped the person I am today.  After high school, I trained as a graphic artists and applied my skills in that field.   Covid 19, changed the rules and thus a new method of providing for my family had to be found.

One of my daughters married an amazing young-man, who had started his own company, employing many family members and other hard working community members.  His success inspired me to start my own company, 911 Junk Pickup, extending the service of my son-in-laws biohazard business into the area of unwanted junk, garbage, furniture, mattress, construction remains and other desired trash removals.  This business guarantees work for my other children and grandchildren and as a family, we work side by side.  Family is always first.  We also employ hard working community members, providing on-the-job training to those seek success and align with our work-ethic values. 

In business, customer satisfaction is my #1 priority.  Straight up honest fixed prices is also critical. Making our customers home or business as picked up and clean as possible with compassion, respect and understanding. Another item of importance is helping others with their own times of need, such the victims of the Florida Hurricanes, where staff members have headed in the clean up effort.
